The play tells the story of the discovery of a native island community and their contribution towards the progress and trade of the modern world. The play involves the acquisition of invaluable resources off a fictitious island in the Bay of Bengal. The natives find themselves trapped in the chaos of the developed world. It deals with the concept of primitive vs. civilized, it is presented with verbal wit and visual humour.
